Call for Papers
The oral sessions at this symposium will only consist of invited review talks, and the contributed papers will be presented at the poster session. The official language at the symposium will be English. A 200-word abstract should be submitted via e-mail to the symposium office (ISSS2009@tsujilab.mtl.kyoto-u.ac.jp) for the presentation no later than April 30th, 2009. A notification of acceptance will be sent after the abstract is reviewed by the organizing committee.
An author who is accepted for the poster presentation should submit a 4-page manuscript for the proceeding book. Plenary/keynote/invited speakers should submit their manuscripts of maximum 10 pages. Please use the template shown below. The due date of the paper manuscript is October 22, 2009, i.e., on-site submission. Early submission via e-mail to the same address is welcome. All the papers will undergo a peer-review by the reviewing committee. The proceeding book of the symposium will be published from ISIJ and sent to the participants after the symposium.
