Poster session
Poster preparation
The poster panel is 90 cm wide and 210 cm tall, which is suitable for a poster of A0-size (84 cm x 119 cm). Please show your face photo on the upper right of your poster. Posters should be set up between 13:00 on November 11th (Mon) and 16:00 on November 12th (Tue). To locate your assigned poster board, look for the sign marked with your poster number at each poster board. As for your poster number, please kindly check the page of list of presentations (https://www.steelscience.org/programs_presentations.html). Posters must be removed by 10:00 on November 14th (Thu). Posters remaining after this time will be removed and cleaned up by the organizer.
Presentation time
The time of poster session (17:00-20:00, on Nov. 12) will be divided into three periods; 17:00-18:00, 18:00-19:00 and 19:00-20:00. The presenters with odd and even numbers are requested to make presentation in front of his/her poster during the first period (Odd No.: 17:00-18:00) and the second period (Even No.: 18:00-19:00), respectively. The last period (19:00-20:00) is open for free discussion.
