This covers an abstract book, a proceeding book with its shipping charge, the welcome drink (May 16), two lunches and dinners at the seminar house (May 17 and 18). We only accept the payment by bank account．Please see the form for more detail.

Cautions

1. We only accept advanced registration because of limited numbers of attendants. Please send the filled registration form, no later than March 15, 2007, with a photocopied receipt of the bank transfer.
2. When you cancel the registration after the payment by your own reason(s), the refund will be made after 20% of the registration fee is subtracted from the amount paid for handling.
